They are good with in-stock items but, there's something off with their pre-orders. So much so that they've stopped taking preorders entirely. I ordered quite a lot of money's worth of preorders from them throughout last year, from mainline manufacturers and lines (McFarlane DC multiverse, Hasbro Gi Joe and black series, NECA turtles and gargoyles, Mattel masters of universe, and even some Joytoy Warhammer stuff) and none of them have arrived yet. They keep pushing the ETA back to the current month. Which is not unheard of as I've seen Big Bad do that on 3rd party figures which eventually arrive. However, all of my preorders are for waves that have been available through almost all the online retailers and physical stores for many months already. Some have been out so long that they've already sold out or went on clearance. They'll cancel and give you a refund if you request it as long as you didn't use Paypal. Then they want to only give store credit. I'm currently in a back and forth with them to get a refund since I used Paypal. Store credit would be fine if they had anything I wanted to buy. But they have very little in-stock product as far as action figures go. I'm hoping they'll do the right thing and refund my money back. But so far they only want to argue with me about no paypal refunds.

Their prices are way too high, they sell at western prices and majority of stock is in japan. They are using cheaper boxes now. I received quite a few delays which was fine but when a shipping service is not available and want you to go cheaper they dont refund any money to the balance. They Sent me a letter saying they would not be shipping directly from Japan but to their American warehouse instead and told me it would be faster. I would receive my items within 2 months. Well 3 months past and they didnt even send them to their US warehouse yet. Then they finally shipped them. took another 3 months to get to the US warehouse then another 2 months for them to ship them. I stopped using them over half a year ago , never going back the customer service is garbage. cheaper elsewhere

I've been collecting for over 10 years and used multiple different sites throughout it. Used TOM a couple times and had no complaints. You really seem like you come off like you don't know what you're doing in regards to the hobby imo. Like figure delays are exceedingly common for preorder items regardless from where you order from. Especially post covid.

It’s not his fault you guys got scammed 💀 the only time I preordered from them was in 2020, it was for prize figures but they took an absurdly long time to even ship it, also they were kinda overpriced, glad I learned my lesson because I almost bought from them again in 2022…. I definitely wouldn’t have received my order if I stuck with them XD

Dude the site literally went under. I’m really angry with myself for looking at this video as a “okay” to try the site. Thankfully, I only spent nothing exorbitant on the site, but people literally lost a lot of money. Hopefully something is done to refund everyone from this scam
